At Hutventure Homestay, we strive to provide a fair and transparent refund process for all our guests.

• Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made at least 7 days before the check-in date.
• No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• All refunds will be made to the original source of payment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible as possible:

• No cancellation fee if you cancel more than 7 days prior to your check-in date.
• 50% cancellation fee if canceled between 3–7 days prior to check-in.
• No refund for cancellations within 3 days of the check-in date.
• For group bookings or extended stays, special cancellation terms may apply.
