Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 1:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
4. Payment
All bookings must be paid online using UPI, debit/credit card, or other available options. We use Razorpay for secure transactions.
5. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition. Damages or loss caused during your stay will be charged accordingly.
6. House Rules
- Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.
- Pets are currently not permitted.
- Noise should be kept to a minimum after 10 PM.
7. Privacy
Your personal information is protected as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
Hutventure Homestay reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
